Roger Jeffers, 61, of Oklahoma passed away January 28, 2021. He was born February 13, 1959, in Houston to George Lowell and Clara Mae Jeffers. Roger graduated from the University of Texas Tyler with a degree in psychology, consequently his career involved many administrative positions in the federal prison system throughout the U.S.his last assignment was a Federal Prison Warden in Fairbanks Alaska. He loved spending time with his friends, being outdoors, and animals.
He is survived by his daughter, Allison Jeffers; son, Andrew Jeffers (Nicole); parents, George and Clara Jeffers; brothers, Gary and Darryl Jeffers; and good friend, Deon Roller.
Graveside services will be Saturday, February 6, 2021, at 2 p.m. at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Victoria.
