Leola Mashburn Rubio

Leola M. Rubio, 91, passed away on February 2, 2021 in Mobile, Alabama. She was a long-time employee of ICG Railroad. Leola is survived by her son, John E. Loftin, Jr.; one daughter, Rebecca J. Cox; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; four sisters; one brother; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.

Leola was a long-time member of Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, where services will be held on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 – with visitation beginning at 10:30 and a service at 11.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, the Salvation Army, or Riverfront Mission.
