Marsha passed away peacefully Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at Waterford Memory Care in Jenison, Michigan. She was born May 13, 1938 in Elkhart, IN to Irvin and Ardith (Lovejoy) Briggs.

In 1957 she earned her hairdressing certificate, and she was a hairdresser for 30 years. She was a homemaker who loved her sons. She enjoyed knitting and playing piano. Surviving are her sons Dirk (Nicole) Loveland and Darin (Dana) Loveland. Also surviving are her five grandchildren Hannah and Luke Loveland and Rileigh, Gavin, and Reegan Loveland. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Barb Jager.

Visitation will take place from 6 - 8 p.m. Sunday, February 14, 2021 at Cook Funeral Home, 2067 84th St. SW, Byron Center, MI 49315. A private family service will be held Monday. The family welcomes memories and messages in their online guestbook at www.cookcaresbyron.com. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kindred Hospice, 625 Kenmoor Ave. SE, Suite 115, Grand Rapids, MI 49546.
