On February 22, 2021 Charles William Osbourn passed away. Bill is the beloved husband of 70 years to Eleanor Osbourn (nee Sprules); devoted father of Patty Sameth and Peggy Upton and her husband Scott; cherished grandfather of Michael Sameth , Eric Upton and his wife Lauren. and Kevin Upton; dear brother in law of Pat Eberling.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at 12:30pm in St Joseph Church in Cockeysville, 100 Church Lane, Cockeysville, Maryland 21030.

Interment private.

Donations may be made in Bill’s Memory to Defenders of Animal Rights or Maryland SPCA.
