Janis Gail Williams-Thomas

She was born to the late Joseph and Myrtle Williams on September 16th, 1947 in Memphis, Tennessee. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Donna Michelle Prevost; and her great-granddaughter, Kallie Adair.

Gail is survived by her husband of 49 years, Joseph Thomas, Sr.; her children, Tammy Holcomb, Shelia Frey, Wendy Young, Joseph Thomas, Jr. (Melissa), James R.W. Thomas (Faith); grandchildren, Heather Rogers, Haley Thomas, Bradley Adair, Jr., Sarah Staggs, Megan Thomas, TJ Bowlan, Tabitha Frey, Joshua Thomas, Rainbow Coppla, Aly Young, Kayla Prevost, Tony Coppla, Jr., Nicholas Young, Lyric Thomas, Gabriel Daniels; great-grandchildren, Nevaeh Rogers, Arion Rogers, Christopher Staggs, Brandon Staggs, Aubrey Staggs, Lilly Adair, Emmerson Thomas, Lexa Strong, Tyler Strong, Jr., Alexandria Fitzwater; and her sister, Sandra Lacroyx.

Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00pm on Sunday, February 28th at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd, Bartlett, TN. Services will be at 2:00pm on Monday, March 1st at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd, Bartlett, TN.
