Iva Stewart Rayburn, age 82 of Columbia, MS passed away Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Merit Health Wesley in Hattiesburg, MS. Mrs. Rayburn was an administrative assistant with Southern Tire Mart and Forest Products where she retired. She was of the Baptist faith.
Mrs. Rayburn was preceded in death by her husband, Terrell F. Rayburn; parents, Seth Stewart and Euna May Andrews Stewart; and a sister, June Patten. She is survived by two daughters, Terry Edwards of Columbia, and Dawn Sellers (Andrew) of Florida; a son, Terrell Dean Rayburn of Columbia; two sisters, Eva Sue Davis (Harold Ray) of Tylertown, MS, and Donis Kay Stringer of Columbia; two brothers, Dwight Stewart of Kokomo, MS, and Donald Ray Stewart of Louisiana; and a grandson, Brandon Edwards of TX.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at Woodlawn Cemetery in Columbia with Reverend Brian Stewart officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial tributes to The Church On Main, 701 Main St. Columbia, MS 39429.
