Adelfa is survived by son Armando Guerra Jr; and son Edward D Guerra.

A visitation for Adelfa will be held Wednesday, April 7, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 11:59 PM at Caballero Rivero Hialeah, 373 W 9 Street, Hialeah, FL 33010. A funeral service will occur Thursday, April 8, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 4497 West 1st Avenue, Hialeah, FL 33012. A committal service will occur Thursday, April 8, 2021 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Vista Memorial Gardens, 14200 NW 57th Avenue, Miami Lakes, FL 33014.
