Donna Jean Payton, 69, was born on November 24, 1951 in Athertonville, KY to the late Thomas Edward Bartley and Mary Myrtle Hoback, and passed away on Tuesday April 13, 2021. Left to cherish her memory are her long time partner, Dougie Hall; sons, Thomas Bartley, David Payton, and James A. Payton, Jr.; sisters, Mary Robey and Mary Kennedy; 8-grandchildren and 10-great grandchildren. Cremation of the remains was chosen. A memorial service for Donna will be held at 1 pm Friday in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. The family will receive visitors after 9 am on Friday.
