Alma Virginia “Ginger” Tindall, born November 24, 1936, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on April 24, 2021 at the age of 84. Her beloved husband, Ira Franklin Tindall of 65 years and her son, Eric Brooks Tindall were with her to the end.
Ginger was a devoted wife, mother and Christian witness. She loved her Lord and family. As a wife of an Air Force Officer, Ginger managed the home while her husband was away for a year in Vietnam and on numerous other assignments. She, her husband and her children traveled to many countries. She thoroughly enjoyed traveling, meeting people and praising the Lord with them. She had a special place in her heart for her dogs and cats. Her love never failed them. She was a devoted wife, mother and Christian witness. She loved her Lord and family.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Mark Ira Tindall (Wanda) and Eric Brooks Tindall (Martina). She is also survived by her grandchildren whom she delighted; brother, John “Rex” Brooks (Evon); and sisters, Linda McDonell and Diana McMillen (Phil). She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Ulla Brooks; and son, Paul F. Tindall.
Funeral services will be held at 3pm on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at the Columbia Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior at the funeral home.
