Faye Scheree Page was born August 21, 1948 in Shreveport Louisiana to Julius Guin Page and Margie Faye Castle Page. She went home to be with her Lord on April 29, 2021 at the age of 72. She was a lifelong resident of Shreveport, Louisiana. Scheree was a retiree with the Caddo Parish Sheriffs Department and worked at the Caddo Correctional Center in Women's and Men's Mental Health. After raising her 3 children, at the age of 45 Scheree attended college at Bossier Parish Community College where she graduated with 2 Associate Degrees, worked in the Financial Aid Office, was on homecoming court, sang in the BPCC choir, placed 3rd in the beauty pageant and served on BPCC's board. Continuing her education at Southern University, she graduated with an Associates and Bachelor's of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. She joined the CPSD at 47 and at 50 went through the Police Academy. When she retired as a Corporal she was 62 yrs old with15 yrs of service to the CPSD. She was recently inducted into the Daughters of the Nile, a women's charitable division of the Shriners. She loved spending time with her kids, grandkids and great grandkids, shopping, gardening, baking and especially traveling.
She is survived by her 3 children; Son, Jeffery Page Connell, wife Terri; Daughter Rebecca Connell Stevens, husband Ronnie; Daughter Sammie Scheree Connell-Bynog, husband Randy. 13 Grandchildren and 16 Great-Grandchildren with #17 on the way from her precious angel Brittney Sue; her very special niece Katie Faye Page Wells whom she loved so much.
Her 2 sisters Patty Page Harrison, husband David and Nancy Page Downs. Several Nieces and Nephews and many friends.
She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by her parents Julius Guin and Margie Faye Page; Brother Thomas Guin Page and grandson Tyler Matthew Bynog.
Honorary Pallbearers are: Josh Davidson, Cody, Zach & Currie Connell, Brent & Noah Stevens, Kevin Hair, Kody & Jacob Bynog.
