Ian Charles Weatherford, 29, of Glendale, California, formerly of Springfield, passed away on May 30, 2021 at his residence. He was born on November 16, 1991 in Springfield to Brian and Cara Weatherford.
He is survived by his parents of Springfield, sister Lindsay Elizabeth Weatherford of Springfield, fiancé Gracie Strawn of Glendale, CA., paternal grandmother Leah Weatherford of Tennessee, several aunts, uncles and cousins and his beloved dogs Kylo and Jax. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather and his maternal grandparents.
Ian was a loving son, brother and fiancé who will be remembered as smart, witty and full of life. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri. Ian was currently working for Nordstrom in Glendale and owned and operated his own business Collusion Infusion. He received a patent for THC infused alcohol that he was going to distribute to the hospitality industry.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday June 12, 2021 at Bisch and Son Funeral Home, 505 East Allen Street. A public viewing will start at 10:00am and conclude at 11:00am at Bisch and Son on Saturday.
