Wayne Bruhl

Wayne Bruhl, a native and resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away on September 18, 2021, at the age of 68. Wayne was married to his loving wife, Gloria, for 47 years. He worked for the boilermakers Local 582 as a heliarc welder in Baton Rouge for over 40 years. He loved to fish, crawfish boils, sports especially LSU, spending time with his family and his beloved dogs, Molly and Stormy. He also loved spending time in his garden growing an assortment of vegetables. Wayne is survived by his wife, Gloria; children, Travis Bruhl and Jesse Bruhl and wife Lacey; siblings, Sandra McDanell and Donny Bruhl. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jennifer Bruhl; parents, Maurice and Roxie Bruhl; father and mother-in-law, Joe and Elaine Langlois; and sister, Judy Willie. Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., from 6:00 p.m. until a funeral service at 7:00.
