June was born in Middlesboro, Kentucky January 17, 1932, the daughter of Walter “Ed” and Eula Faulkner. She married William E. “Bill” Markham March 14, 1952 in Seymour; he preceded her in death March 20, 2013.
She is survived by daughters, Susan (Dr. David) Wilson of Columbus, Linda Markham of Indianapolis, Karen Markham and her husband Jon Mitchell of Chicago; grandchildren, Tony Moss of Columbus, Natalie (Kurt) Decker of Evansville and Amber (Greg) Weimholt of La Habra, CA; 5 great grandchildren; 4 step great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; 4 brothers.
Funeral service will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Friday at Hathaway~Myers Chapel on Pearl Street with Virgil Clotfelter officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to service time. Entombment will be in Garland Brook Mausoleum. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.hathaway-myers.com.
