Age 79 of Blaine, passed away peacefully with his family and friends by his side on March 24, 2018.

He was preceded in death by his Son, Michael; Parents, Henry and Ottilia; Brother, Marvin; Brother-in-law, Darwin Heyd.

Lester is survived by his Loving Wife of 56 years, Bernice; Son, Kevin (Effie Hansen); Sisters-in-law, Marie Heyd and Esther Fuehrer; also by his Loving Family and Friends.

He was a 31 year Ford Motor Co. employee. Lester also enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing cards.

12:00 PM Saturday, March 31, 2018 with visitation at 10:30 AM at

St. Matthew Lutheran Church,

Columbia Heights, Minnesota

~Interment~

Morningside Memorial Gardens

Coon Rapids, Minnesota
