Beulah Blynn Spearman

Bea was born to R.B. & Thelma Williams May 25, 1924. She was the third of nine children. She was baptized into the Church of the First Born at the age of 13. Bea passed away March 30, 2018. In August of 1941 Bea married Bassett (Sam) Spearman. They had 3 daughters that they raised in South Oklahoma City. Bea worked part-time in retail sales and especially enjoyed time spent with her brother and sisters. She was an excellent seamstress and made a lot of clothing and quilts. Bea is preceded in death by her husband, parents, 4 sisters, 2 brothers and a great granddaughter. She is survived by her three daughters; Elaine Bond & husband Neil of Newcastle, Janis Brown & husband J. of Edmond, & Cheryl Millican of Newcastle, 2 sisters; Bonnie Myers & Judy Hughes, 7 Grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 1 great great-granddaughter, as well as many nieces & nephews. Bea has lived most of the last 5 years at Ranch Wood Nursing Center in Yukon. She was loved by the nurses & staff who called her “Miss Bea” or “Momma”.
