Roger Dale Bartley, 64, of Texarkana, TX passed away March 31, 2018 at his home. Mr. Bartley was born August 4, 1953 in Owensboro, KY.

Survivors include his wife, Kay Bartley of Texarkana, TX; stepson and wife, Pete and Angela Jones of Albany, TX; stepdaughter and husband, Lyndsey and Lance Cauble of Granbury, TX; his mother; two sisters; one brother; four step grandchildren; and numerous friends.

The family will gather to receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 3rd, 2018 at East Funeral Home-Moores Lane

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home - Moores Lane.
