Tracy Williams, 70, of Greeneville, passed away Friday, April 6, 2018 at the Johnson City Medical Center.

He was a concrete finisher.

Survivors include his brother: Bobby Jack Williams; sister: Christine Sexton; and several cousins and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Luke Williams and Lynn Winkle.

Per Mr. Williams’ request, there will be no formal services or visitation.
