Marsha Renee Spatz, 71, a retired medical records assistant, passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2018.

Marsha was born in Brooklyn, NY on August 16, 1946 to Francis and Grayce Epstein (nee Hirsch) and was a Las Vegas resident since 2004. She is preceded in death by her parents and survived by Harold, her beloved husband of 51 years; daughter, Jodi Lynn Higdon (Robert); son, Craig Andrew Spatz (Alisha) and their children Liam and Olivia; and sister, Patricia Hnetinka (Raymond). Funeral and burials services will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at King David Memorial Chapel and Cemetery, 2697 E. Eldorado Lane, Las Vegas, NV. Family requests that memorial donations be sent to Nathan Adelson Hospice. King David Memorial Chapel handled the arrangements.
