Amalia Ferreira Ribeiro, 94, of Danbury, CT passed away peacefully on Wednesday evening, April 11, 2018, at Glen Hill in Danbury. She was the wife of the late Manuel Mendes Ribeiro.

Besides her husband, she was predeceased by her son, Armindo Mendes.

Survivors include her daughter: Alzira Ribeiro of Danbury and her granddaughters: Sandra and Christina Ribeiro.

Funeral Services will be private. Interment will be in Portugal.
