Marshall Wayne Toohey, 76, was born on August 5, 1941 in Hodgenville, KY to the late Joseph Ford and Dorothy Marie (Nunn) Toohey, and passed from this life on April 26, 2018. Mr. Toohey was a former employee of the old American Air Filter and an Army veteran. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Toohey. Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Joe Don Toohey and Anthony Wayne Toohey; a sister, Shirley Claycomb (Tom); brothers, Donald (Betty), Roger (Sandy) and Bobby (Treva) Toohey; grandchildren, Chase, Logan, Alaina, Brianna, and Alexander. Funeral services for Mr. Toohey will be held at 7 pm Sunday in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with cremation to follow. Visitation will be after 3 pm on Sunday.
