Kay was born on Feb. 17, 1932 in Malden, MA. Where she met and married the late Thomas J. O'Reilly, while he was renting a room from her parents.
Kay and Tom called "Oak Hollow" in 'Gray Gables' home for over 50 years where they raised 4 children.
She had a rich life and left many families, friends and extended families behind. All who knew her as Kay, Ena, Katy and of course Nana.
Kay worked for the Town of Bourne School system in the cafeteria for over 20 years where she met and knew many children who still live in Bourne. She was also very involved in St. John's Church in Pocasset Bingo for many years.
Kay left behind their four children: Mary, Patty, Tommy, Mike and his wife Maureen. All together they had 10 grandchildren, Meghan, Eddie, Jr., Neal, Andrew, Liz, Kim, Tyler, Trevor, Caroline and Erin and 3 step-grandchildren along with 3 great-grandchildren, Eddie III, Owen and Colin and 2 great step-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at St. John the Evangelist Church 841 Shore Road Pocasset. Interment at the Massachusetts National Cemetery.
Visitation 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at the Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home 40 MacArthur Blvd., Bourne, MA 02532.
