Albert Edmond Annaert, 77, of Fort Wayne, passed away on May 1, 2018. Born on August 2, 1940, in Gary, he was a son of the late Alphonse and Mary Annaert. He is survived by his brothers, Arnold and David; and his family and friends at Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana, and Life Inc.
Funeral service will be Noon, Thursday, May 10, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St Joe Road, Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Memorial donations may be given to Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana or Life Inc.
