He was born March 6, 1958, in Parkersburg, to Ilene E. (Allen) Tebay and the late Delbert P. Tebay. He was also preceded in death by his brother Roger Tebay.
Stanley was a United States Marine Veteran and enjoyed fishing, wood working, gardening and being out doors.
Survivors include his son, Josh Tebay and his wife Samantha of Newport News, VA; daughter Leah Dulaney and her husband Robert of Parkersburg; brothers Dana Tebay and his wife Teresa of Marietta, James Tebay of West Union; sister Angela Tebay-Bobier and her husband Jospeh and several grandchildren.
Service will be 1 p.m. Monday, May 7, 2018 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with Pastor George Hall officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens with Military Rites. There will be a private family visitation prior to the service.
