John Douglas Smith

COKER – John Douglas Smith, age 82, of Coker, Ala., died May 14, 2018, at home. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 16, 2018, at Tuscaloosa Memorial Park with Rev. Ben Jameson officiating and Heritage Chapel Funeral Home & Cremations, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Tommie M. Smith.

Survivors include his daughter, Martha S. Kelly; sons, Luke Smith and Mark Smith; sister, Mary Kizer; brother, Charles Smith; and grandchildren, Shannon Smith and Zackery Kelly.
