Nicolas is survived by daughters: Teresa Velarde and husband Johnny, Lida delaPena and husband Richard and Dorothy Ramirez; grandchildren: John Velarde, George Velarde and spouse Aurora, Richard delaPena II and spouse Adriana, Shannon Ramirez and Jennifer Ramirez; great grandchildren: Ian Velarde, Nikolas Velarde, Yasmin Velarde, Giovanni Velarde, Richard delaPena-Sanchez, Abby Dominguez, Demitri delaPena, Sophia delaPena, Rozalyn delaPena, Mia Ramirez and many more cherished family members and friends.
