LaSalle Thomas born in Calvert Texas on August 29, 1934 to the parents of Melchisedec Thomas and Melinda Thomas LaSalle was the -third child born into this union.

LaSalle Thomas married Mattie Kennon and moved to Oakland, Ca in 1962. He later returned to San Angelo, Texas and he leaves to mourn a special friend Annie Mae Roberts, and from his marriage he leaves two daughters LaNarce Thomas of San Lorenzo, Ca, and Bertha Ann Thomas of Antioch Ca, and one son Charles Edward Thomas (wife Maria) of Antioch, Ca; four grandchildren Melissa Higgs of Antioch, Ca, Michael Videau of Antioch, Ca, Clarence Thomas of San Lorenzo, Ca (wife Shalonda), and Kiyah Hayes of Oakland, Ca; six great-grandchildren Taijai Higgs and Marley Quinn of Antioch, Ca, Tylah and Josiah Videau of Antioch, Ca Caliyah and Chanell Thomas of San Lorenzo, Ca.; one brother Bishop Isaiah Thomas of North Richland Hills, Texas, three sisters Marie Todd (Aubrey) of San Angelo, Texas, Verlene Gill of San Angelo, Texas, Vera Fuller of San Antonio, and host of nieces, nephew's, relatives and friends.
