Born in Wembo-Nyama, Democratic Republic of Congo on December 15, 1935, she was a daughter of the late Wembo-Nyama and Kusu.
Nyaumba was preceded in death by her husband, Michel Richard Kasongo Lupanu and a daughter, Nyembo Kasongo and Lundula Kasongo.
Survivors include 12 children(6 daughters and 6 sons); 43 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren.
Friends may visit Thursday, Sept. 20, 2018 form 3 to 6 pm at Wilson Funeral & Cremation Service, 5301 Albemarle Rd., Charlotte.
Funeral services will begin at 10:00 am Friday, Sept. 21, 2018, at Mont Carmel International Christian Center, 3901 The Plaza, Charlotte, NC.
Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Charlotte.
