Jean Teraoka passed away on Sunday, September 9, 2018, at the age of 83. She was born on May 11, 1935, in Kingsburg, CA. Jean lived in West Los Angeles, CA from 1946 to 1958, and then moved back to Kingsburg with her mother. Jean was employed as a medical transcriptionist at Selma Hospital for many years, and retired in 2001.
Jean is survived by her husband Henry; son, Bruce and his wife Jill; daughter, Celeste and her husband Mark Wakita; grandchildren, Madison, Kendra, Jadyn, and Karl; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Lisle Funeral Home on Sunday, September 16, 2018, from 12:00 noon until 5:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at Fresno Betsuin Family Dharma Center on Monday, September 17, 2018, at 12:00 noon. Interment to follow at Kingsburg Cemetery.
