96, of Denver, passed away on October 9th. Jacqueline was born in Salt Lake City on March 28th to John and Florence Johnson.

Jacqueline is preceded in death by her ex-husband, Jack; son, Jeff; and 7 siblings. She is survived by her daughter, Deborah; son, John; grandchildren, Tracy, Aaron, Brian; numerous great-grandchildren; and sister, Barbara.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at 10:30AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
