Gale M. Shuler, 68, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Tuesday, October 16, 2018. She was born to the late William C. and Maggie E. (Davis) Reed on January 30, 1950 in Lawrenceburg, TN. She graduated from Northrop High School. Gale retired from Kroger after 28 years as a Deli Clerk. She enjoyed spending time with family, travelling, reading and crossword puzzles. She attended Harvest Freewill Baptist Church and Pine Hills Church.
Gale is survived by her daughters, Jenny Reed and Beckie Reed; grandsons, Dylan Reed and Brandon Reed; brother, William Reed; and a host of relatives and friends.
Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by husband, Gene Shuler; sister, Carol Randolph; brother, Howard Reed; and niece, Diane Riddle.
Funeral service will be on Monday Oct. 22, 2018 at 11:00 am at Harvest Free Will Baptist Church (5903 E Dupont Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46825) with visitation one hour prior. Visitation will also be from (1-3 and 5-7 Sunday, Oct. 21, 2018) at the C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home (1327 N. Wells Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46808. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
