Thomas Patrick Greene

He was born March 15, 1928, in New York City. Through his commitment to hard work, education and service to our country, Tom rose from the depths of the Great Depression era to create a rich life abundant with love from a family who will forever be inspired by him.

Tom is survived by Mary, his soulmate and wife of 63 years, and children, Thomas (Sally) of Columbia, Mo., William (Lisa) of Town and Country, Robert (Wendy) of Chesterfield, Richard of Creve Coeur, John of Wellington, Fla., Stephen (Angela Cook) of Des Peres and daughter-in-law Dana of Wellington, Fla. Beloved “Poppy” to 12 grandchildren: Zachary, Thomas, Julie, Allie, Kelly, Mitchell, Wesley, Melanie, Clayton, Ryan, Sean and Malcia.

Services: Memorial Visitation: 3 to 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2, at Kriegshauser Mortuary-West, 9450 Olive Blvd., 63132. Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, at Our Lady of the Pillar Catholic Church, 403 S. Lindbergh Blvd, 63131. Burial follows at Bellerive Gardens Cemetery, 740 N. Mason Road, 63141.
