Martha Ruth Yarbrough

Mrs. Yarbrough was born June 12, 1939 in Sargent, GA to the late Curtis Franklin Holloway and Erma Ruth Cook Holloway. She retired from Playtex, Inc after many years of service and was a member of Wehadkee Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert H. Yarbrough.

Survivors include her children, Peggy Reese, Tommy Ledford, Phillip and Jenny Ledford, Kenneth Yarbrough, Tim Yarbrough, Tracy and Brian Young; grandchildren, Angela Peck, Matthew Resse, Brandy Brake, Christy Jones, Heather Lance, Stacy Griffen, Amanda Hamilton, Melissa Neville, Brian Ledford, Phillip Ledford Jr, Christopher Pike, Toryahna Pike, Taylor Pike; 23 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Runett Bagley; brothers, Rayford and Martha Holloway, Steve and Audrey Holloway and Gary and Pat Holloway; other relatives and friends.

The Gathering of family and friends will be Sunday, December 2, 2018 from 4:00pm until 6:00pm at the funeral home. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Monday, December 3, 2018 in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary with Reverend Nick Pilgrim and Rev. Lamar Truitt officiating. Burial will follow in Wehadkee Baptist Church Cemetery.
