Ralph passed away peacefully in his home on Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2018. He is preceded in death by his loving wife Pauline (Peb), his son Rodney and his grandson Scott Latham. He is survived by his kid sister Rose Ann Farrell, sons; Jerome, Robb (Mary) and Rich (Teresa), 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Also surviving him are numerous nieces and nephews.
