Wanda Juanita Denman

Wanda Juanita Denman, 96 of Mountainburg passed away December 27, 2018 in Ft. Smith. She was born October 4, 1922 in Mehan, OK in Payne County to the late Dewey and Gladys Retherford. She was a member of Hwy. 71 Freewill Baptist Church and was retired from Rheem. She spent the last 55 years of her life in Mountainburg. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by the father of her children; Claud McDaniel, her second husband Paul Denman, one brother Jack Retherford, and two sisters; Charlotte Donald and Zola Lancaster.

Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Monday, December 31, 2018 at the Hwy. 71 Freewill Baptist Church in Alma with burial to follow at Conley Cemetery in Mountainburg. Arrangements are under the direction of Fentress Mortuary.

She is survived by two sons; Scott McDaniel of Mountainburg and Steve McDaniel and his wife Sue of Fort Smith, one brother; Don Retherford of Holiday, FL, six grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Her grandsons will be pallbearers.
