Dear David, Hi this is Diane Green Klein.  We were neighbors on Briggs Chaney Rd for many years.  I saw your dad's obituary and see he passed away in 2019.  My dad died in 2014 and my mom in 2012.  The obituary does not say where you live, perhaps you are in Harrisonburg, VA.  I live at 3583 Libby Court, West Palm Beach, FL 33405 (561) 968-5350. Mr. Tolley often came into the office i work at and we were always so happy to see him. He put a smile on all of our faces as soon as he walked through the door. One thing I’ll never forget is he always had a piece of candy in his pocket. He’d offer me a piece to come get into his truck lol. He would also joke with another co-worker and tell me not to be friends with her cause she was bad news. He’d say it of course loud enough for her to hear him.  The girls and i from the office are broken-hearted we won’t see his sweet smile or hear his voice when he calls us for questions. Although i only knew him from where i worked for 2 years i will have fond memories of him and i know the girls will also.
