Tomas Monroy Gamez Jr., age 66, of Mercedes, Texas passed away on Wednesday January 16, 2019. Tomas was born November 13, 1952.

Tomas is survived by; daughter Cynthia Gamez; and son David Gamez; sister Elvia Gamez, sister Lydia Gamez, brother George Gamez and brother Alejandro Gamez; grandchild Cassandra Cisneros, grandchild Kristen Gamez, grandchild Brooke Gamez, grandchild Damien Cisneros, great grandson Cristian Daniel Estrada and great grandson Ayden Luca Estrada.

As per family request there will be no services for Mr. Gamez; cremation will follow.
