Minnie Murphy

Minnie Graham Murphy of Tyler, Texas went to be with our Lord on the evening of January 16, 2019. Minnie was born on December 7, 1928 to Theodore and Lottie Irene Graham in Trinity County, Texas. She is the oldest of seven children and survived by her four brothers Oran, Mitchel, Douglas, and Donald Graham. She precedes her husband, Sam B. Murphy of 67 years and two sons, Dennis L. Murphy and his wife Carmen, and a grandson Dennis, Jr., and Jerry R. Murphy and his wife Bridget and three granddaughters Dana, Lydia and Alison. A celebration of her life will take place on Wednesday, January 23, beginning at 2:00pm at Tyler Memorial Funeral Home. The family will welcome friends for a time of visitation before the service begins, from 12:00-2:00 pm. Minnie's family has requested in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Mustard Seed Ministry of Tyler.
