Joaquin is survived by his wife, Joetta Garza Rocha; daughter, Andrea (Paul) McAllister; son, Paul Rocha; and sisters, Dolores Rocha and Louisa Rocha.

Joaquin was preceded in death by; father Joaquin Rocha and mother Angelica Garcia Rocha.
