Elma E. Willour, 88, passed away January 31, 2019.

She is survived by her daughter Kathy (Ron) Westphal, son Greg (Darlene) Willour, granddaughter Rachel (Paul) Zamorano, and great-grandchildren Riley, Lakin & Trinity Zamorano, sisters; Maxine Shetterly & Rosalie Richardson. She was preceded in death by her husband Bill and son Kelly.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, February 4, 2019 at 1:00pm at Lakeview Funeral Home Chapel and Cemetery.
