Anita C. Walker, 91, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Friday, February 8, 2019. She was born to the late Clayton and Clenance (Warner) Driver in Fort Wayne on May 5, 1927. She was a loving mother, mother-in-law, and aunt. Anita was a homemaker and a great cook.
Anita is survived by her children, Karen (Robert) Grimes and Larry Walker and a host of nieces and nephews. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Martin E. Walker; and sisters, Almeda Angel, Pat Severence, and Joanne Konkel.
Funeral service will be on Saturday, February 16, 2019, at 4:00 p.m. at C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home (1327 N. Wells Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46808) with visitation beginning at 2:00 p.m. until the time of service. Burial will be held at Huntertown Cemetery on Monday, February 18, 2019, at 10:00 a.m.
