My grandpa was the only grandpa I have ever known. He was the best and I will forever miss him, he leaves a hole in my heart which can't be filled. His family and friends loved him dearly. He left behind a legacy no one ,can fill touching the lives of every one he met. I was blessed to have him in my life and I will never forget him, his cooking, stories , laugh, and smell of his grape cigars will be forever missed. I love you grandpa thank you for being my one and only favorite grandpa and being in my life. Your memory and spirit will live on and I will be sure to think of you and grandma each day and let my daughter know how much you meant to all of us! Fly high grandpa, tell grandma hi for me and save a dance for me.

Looking at these pictures, I see a strong resemblance to your Dad's brother, Eddie.  Eddie used to keep a garden at my mother's house, his cousin Joan Thompson.  Her mother was Helen Hunniford Macdonald, Eddie's aunt.  We always enjoyed seeing Eddie.  He was very good to my Mom and grandmother; often driving my Gram to her hair appointments.  We saw him more than we saw Bob, who lived farther away.  We are in contact with Bob's children. My Gram lived to be 99- long life-line in the Hunniford family; my Mom died last year one month shy of her 94th birthday.  Our condolences on the loss of your father.  We are fortunate to have had our parents in our lives for so long.


My grandmother was Helen Hunniford, sister of Irwin & Roy, from Chicago.

To one of the best Dads ever!  I cherished all our years we got to have you at 94 years young!  I will never forget all the good memories we shared.  I know you are with Mom and all your loved ones now.  REST IN PEACE DAD...Until we meet again one day...Love you always,  your Daughter Teri

I love and miss my grandpa so much.  I was blessed to have one of the good ones.  I have many good memories of my grandpa, and I will cherish every one of them.  He was a great guy who got along with everyone. I will miss his smile the most. He would get this big grin on his face.  He is also the only grandpa I know who could still dance and get low to the ground and get back up again.
