Jake Allen Horn, age 21, of Woodstock, GA. passed away Thursday, March 7, 2019. He was born on January 17,1998. Jake was an electrician. He enjoyed football and being with friends and family. He will missed and loved by all who knew him.
Jake is survived by his sister, Sadie Horne, grandmother Sylvia Horne, grandfather Herman Horne(Janice), Aunts Krissy Savell (Jon), Cindy Horne Cowan, Camille Horne, Beverly Horne Wolforest (Steve), Uncles Scott Godsey (Lisa) and Landry Horne (Ashley)as well as multiple cousins.
Jake was preceded in death by his parent, Missi and Scott Horne.
A visitation for Jake will be held on Sunday, March 17, 2019 from 11:00 AM. to 2:00 PM. at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home with a funeral service immediately following. Burial will be held at Pine Ridge Memorial Park Kennesaw, GA. after service.
