She was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Means and brother, David Peebles.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Charles Mann; daughters, Tammy Decandia and her husband, Dean and Debbie Peninger and her husband, Kelly; her grandchildren, Colten Lawrence and his wife, Harlie, Paige Lawrence and Aubrey Fowler; and her sister, Cheryl Dudley and her husband, Andrew.
Her favorite song was Amazing Grace and appropriately so, as she lived life with a grace that surpassed all understanding.
Visitation will be on Thursday, March 28, 2019 from 5 until 7pm in Rollins Funeral Home Chapel. A graveside service will be on March 29, 2019 at 11am in Oak Grove Cemetery in Rogers.
