Mary was born May 20, 1924 in Woodside, New York to Bernard Newnan and Mary McIntyre Newnan.
She enjoyed long car rides, shopping, out for dinner, as well as her love for scrabble and crocheting.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Botta; daughters, Kathleen Scarangella and Patricia Gauvin; and son, Christopher Botta.
She is survived by her son, Michael Botta; daughters, Joanne Rosploch and Linda Botta; 12 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 03, 2019 at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel with Father Craig Smith officiating. Entombment will follow at Bayview Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday.
