Visitation will be held on April 19, 2019 at 9:00 am at Lincoln Memorial Park & Funeral Home , 11801 SE Mt Scott Blvd., Portland, Oregon.

Committal Service will be held on April 19, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Willamette National Cemetery , 11800 SE Mt. Scott Blvd., Portland, OR.

They are survived by Barbara Romanoff (Wife), Nicholas Romanoff (Son), Haley Kafel (Son's Fiance), Christina Romanoff (Daughter).

Serving as pallbearers are Nick Romanoff, Rick Hayes, Bob Terrill, Phil Jones, Stephen Roberts, Jason Deegan.
