Norma Jean Crum, 87, of Kansas City, Kansas passed away April 27, 2019. Visitation will be from 9:30-11:00am, with funeral services at 11:00am, all on Monday, May 6, 2019 at Chapel Hill – Butler Funeral Home, 701 N. 94th St., Kansas City, Kansas. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the Mission Fund at Grace Christian Fellowship Church of Wyandotte County.
Norma Jean Crum was born August 21, 1931 in Emporia, Kansas. As a child, her family moved to Kansas City, Kansas, where she lived the rest of her life. Norma graduated from Turner High School. She spent her life being a homemaker, a Boy Scout Mom, and filling various roles at her church. Norma enjoyed travel, sewing, and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John David and Margaret Boling, her sister, Virginia Tyson, and her husband of 58 years, Robert V. Crum.
Norma leaves behind her three sons, Daniel (Joy), Donald (Kathy), and Robert (Cindy); as well as six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
