Visitation will be 12:00-2:00pm, Saturday, June 1, 2019, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Celebration of Life Services will follow at 2:00pm in the funeral home chapel.
Kelly was born March 28, 1972, in Jackson. He worked for several years as a computer technician for the State of Mississippi. Kelly was a gifted musician and songwriter, and a talented guitar player. Kelly's favorite times were spent with his family, especially his beloved son, Holt. They enjoyed an extraordinary father/son bond, and spent many hours together outdoors, fishing and hunting. In recent years, Kelly also enjoyed spending time with his wife, Katherene Alvior Lipscomb, in her native Philippines.
Kelly was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth H. Lipscomb; brother, Kenneth "Sluggo" Lipscomb; and sister, Lajuan Lipscomb Sims.
Survivors include mother, Johnnie Lipscomb; son, Holt Lipscomb; and wife, Katherene "Kat" Lipscomb.
