Estella was born in Zaragoza, Coahuila, Mexico, to Pablo and Albita Rivera, on August 14, 1935. She married the love of her life Arnulfo Valdez Sr., on August 6, 1956 in Zaragoza. She was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She was a very loving and giving person, who loved her family with all that she was.
Estella is preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Teresa Rivera, and her brothers, Norberto Rivera and Rodolfo Rivera.
Estella is survived by her Husband of 62 years, Arnulfo Valdez Sr.; her Children, Maria E. Valdez-Vasquez, Arnulfo Valdez Jr., and wife Dene, Valdo Valdez and wife Mary, Leti Martinez and Husband Timmy, Gracie Aguilar and husband Climente. 13 Grandchildren and 20 Great-Grandchildren.
Please join us any time from 9am to 9pm, Tuesday May 21, 2019 at Odessa Funeral Home for Visitation. A Rosary will be held at 7pm that evening. Funeral Mass will be Wednesday May 22, 2019, also in the Chapel at Odessa Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
