She was born in Decatur, Illinois on October 7, 1937. Joyce graduated from Tigard High School. She was married to Earle Willis Gramm on July 4, 1966. They met at Fireman's Fund.
Joyce had a career in secretarial work for Beaverton School District. She was a member of Northwest Miniature Bottle Club, and had a passion for cats, gardening, Spirit Mountain, and the Oregon Coast.
She is survived by children Steven Arthur Gramm & Michele Marie Aragon, and grandchildren Paige Aragon, Sierra Gramm, Zachary Aragon, & Morgan Gramm.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, June 7th at Young's Funeral Home, followed by a graveside service at Crescent Grove Cemetery in Tigard, Oregon.
