ELISA “LECHA” DEL BOSQUE PEREZ, age 60, of Falfurrias TX, passed away peacefully at a Corpus Christi, Texas Hospital on Friday, June 28th 2019. Elisa was born November 7, 1958 to the late Jose Maria Del Bosque and Esmeralda Soliz Del Bosque in Brooks County. Elisa devoted many years to the students of Brooks County ISD where she helped monitor them throughout the day. Elisa’s talents were many, she was an extremely accomplished homemaker, cook, a beloved sister, aunt, community volunteer, and friend who loved family gatherings. She was an active Sister of the Maranatha Assembly of God, where she was a loyal and faithful member. Elisa was the first to arrive and the last to leave at family gatherings or any place where a helping hand was needed.
Proceeded in death where she will be reunited in our Heavenly Kingdom by her parents, her husband Arnoldo Perez, a sister Delfina Diaz and two brothers Ramiro Soliz and Jose Maria Del Bosque Jr. She is survived by two brothers Rene (Carmen) Del Bosque and Daniel (Viola) Del Bosque Sr. both of Falfurrias, TX. Three sisters Maria Elena Pulido, Juanita Carbajal and Esmeralda (David) Del Bosque all of Falfurrias, TX. Also surviving are numerous nieces & nephews, great nieces & nephews and great-great nieces & nephews.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Friday July 5, 2019 with a Prayer Service being prayed at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday July 6, 2019 at the Maranatha Assembly of God Church. Interment will follow at the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
